You can check if you have Mosaic status on JetBlue by logging into your TrueBlue account on the JetBlue website or mobile app. Your status will be displayed on your account dashboard.
Online:
- Log into your TrueBlue account on the JetBlue website.
- Click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select “My Dashboard” from the dropdown menu.
- In the "My Dashboard" section, you'll see your progress and whether you’ve achieved Mosaic status.
JetBlue Mobile App:
- Log into your TrueBlue account on the JetBlue app.
- Go to the account section of the app.
- If you’ve earned Mosaic status, it will be displayed here along with any associated benefits.
