You can open a checking account with Chase online or by visiting a branch. To locate a branch please visit: https://locator.chase.com/?advanced=true. Your spouse will be your co-applicant for the account. You will have to mention in your application that the ownership is under “tenants by entirety”. You both will be asked to provide personal information such as Social Security Number, driver's license or state-issued ID number, contact information (like name, address and phone number), and account funding information. 2) Yes, you can request a copy of the application and signature card.
