The membership requirements at University of Hawai'i Federal Credit Union are based on employment, organizational affiliation, or family ties.
University of Hawai'i Federal Credit Union Membership Requirements
- Employment: Individuals employed by the University of Hawai‘i system, Kuhio Elementary, Lunalilo Elementary, Ala Wai Elementary, President George Washington Middle School, Hale Nani Health Center, Beverly Manor Convalescent Center, Hale Malamalama Intermediate Care Facility, or the University Laboratory School are eligible to join.
- Organizational affiliation: Members of the UH Alumni Association; members of St. Mary’s of Mo‘ili‘ili Episcopal Church; and faculty, staff, students, and alumni of the East-West Center are eligible to join.
- Family: Immediate family and household members of anyone within the field of membership are also eligible.
Once you determine your eligibility based on the criteria above, you can apply for membership online. Applicants must provide personal information, including their name, address, Social Security number, and government-issued identification.
