Concora Credit Credit Card Reviews
What's Your Rating?
Anyway, I made my first payment and paid off the card, including the initial $125 yearly fee, and it was credited and made available the next day, which was great. The next week, I owed them $400 and paid them $400; the money was taken out of my account, but my available balance was not credited. I figured it would take another day... nothing, so another day, nothing; so on day 3, after funds had been taken out of my account, I called and asked. I was told that they are allowed to keep the funds for 14 days before allowing it to reflect... so I explained to them that the vast majority of their customer base is either working to rebuild credit or just starting out and establishing credit. I explained to a supervisor that no one in a financially secure position would ever do business with them and that by these tactics, they are hurting the people they claim to be helping.
I let them know that their actions are very shady and that I do not wish to do business with a company that could care less about their customers... Luckily, I am able to live life uninterrupted due to their tactics and will cancel this card within the first year or two once I have my points and history and a better card, etc.
But I did tell them how I felt. I can only imagine the struggling single parent out there trying to achieve certain goals only obtainable with credit... where they're using and paying off credit cards, only for this to happen. What if they planned on living on that balance for a week or two, or whatever... Anyway, that's my two cents.
If you can get a better card, do it, and you won't regret it.
