Worst credit card that I ever had in my life. They are a bunch of scammers and intend to make a big profit out of you. I cancelled my credit card today, so do not apply for this credit card through AAA Auto Club from Comenity Bank Bread Financial if you do not want to go broke! They will always look for different ways to make money from you.

This company must face the fraud claims against them as soon as possible. They are trying their best to send fees for any possible reason. Trying to avoid using their product, their customer services are the worst. Not only is this particular credit card service bad, but their car insurance is too. Sooner or later, they will go bankrupt for what they have done.

Worst credit card I have ever had! Password never worked, and I couldn't access my account online. Customer service was both rude and worthless. Terrible experience. Canceled card.

Awful customer service. The card constantly declines and suspects fraud on nearly every transaction. It's too much of a hassle and their customer service is an absolute joke.

Worst credit card company of all time. It is the only one that is stingy about late fees after their website fails to process automatic payments properly.

This company has the worst customer service! I have the AAA card and the Bread Cash Back AMEX. Both cards have zero balances; in fact, my AMEX has a 16-dollar credit due to a refund. Their first strike was when they reduced my credit limit from 7k to $750! What? The worst part is, no one from their "customer service" was able to explain to me why this took place. They sent a letter to me in the app explaining why my credit was slashed, but anytime I tried to open the attachment, an error popped up saying they're having technical issues, so I could not see what their reasoning was, and of course, their IT department was unable to help me or send me a hard copy. I emailed their CEO about this to have someone personally look into it, but to date, I got no response. I have a 100% payment history, over 100k in available credit, and zero balances on all cards. So, it looks like I'm taking that one on the chin... fine.
Their second strike was when I called about redeeming my cashback on my AAA and Bread Cash Back cards. I requested a direct deposit since both accounts have zero balances, and I don't use them much to take advantage of statement credits. The customer service representative "processed" the claim on 1/17/25 and told me it takes 7-10 business days to hit my bank account. I've called multiple times over the past few weeks and was told the rewards are coming. On day 12, 2/3/25, I called, and the customer service representative stated that it now takes over 30 days! I lost it. I demanded to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor got on and was apologetic; she told me that although I had been calling the last few weeks to check on the status, she saw that the claim was not processed correctly. So, as many times as I called, no one saw that it wasn't processed correctly. To cut a long story short, she had to resubmit the claim and promised me that it would be completed in 4-7 business days. Once I receive my direct deposit, I'm closing both accounts. It should not be this difficult to redeem cash back from a credit card company. I know if I close it with my cashback still pending, they will probably say that I forfeited my rewards. Terrible company, stay far away.

This is a terrible credit card. It requires a minimum of $25 to receive cash back. Also, I signed up to earn $15 in cash back by paying two cell phone bills with the card. That was in April, so I've paid for May, June, July, and August, but haven't received the cash back. Their website is terrible, too. It demands that I enter a challenge question every time, even though I'm using the same browser and I tell it to remember me. Also, every time I log in, the site wants me to connect my card to PayPal. I don't want to do that and don't have the option to skip that screen forever. Stay away from this credit card.

The card has an unsatisfactory rewards system, and its customer service is unable to answer simple questions about the "cash back" card. I was promised a 4% reward return on AAA-related purchases for the first six months I used the card, but the telephone VISA AAA customer service representative knew nothing about this AAA-published 4% offer and denied that it existed.
I was also misinformed by AAA staff about what the 4% reward category included. The categories themselves are so vague that, for example, the 3% category does not include in the 4% reward category what it calls "dining-in" eating at fast food restaurants or establishments that categorize themselves as lounges, taverns, or bars, even though the one I dined at and spent a lot of money on was primarily a restaurant. There are other examples of these vague categories that reduce the "cash back" offer. How the cash is accrued is not at all transparent.
I still have to resolve why I was not awarded the 4% for the five hotel reservations made at the AAA office with the assistance of the travel adviser. I am very disappointed and will address my complaints to both VISA and AAA when I return home.

My wife and I have had nothing but trouble since Comenity took over AAA's credit cards. It’s the worst credit card I have ever used. We have never been late paying our bill. Multiple times, I have gone to purchase items and had the card declined. Yesterday, I went to use the card to purchase a birthday gift for my wife. It was declined twice. That was it for me. I cut the card up. I told my wife we are canceling this card immediately. I will tell my friends, don’t bother with this card. AAA made a big mistake going with this company.

Ever since they sold to Comenity Bank, it's been the worst experience I've ever had. I'm never using the card again. I've been a member for about 35 years, and they are the worst. I will never, ever use this card, and I will tell everybody I know not to use it.
