HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Francisco and Francis-the CSR Supervisors were horrible on the phone today! On Monday, 9/25 I spoke with two lovely CSR-Jacklyn and then her supervisor- Mary. Unfortunately, I had no way of contacting Mary to see what she found out about my complaint-that the CSR did not credit my first late fee of $30 like she was supposed to, so it carried over into next month's bill-I called on 8/31-spoke to some man that was soo rude, i decided to close my account and asked for my account balance-he told me 1.93-i paid it. Got my letter confirming closure, however I get ANOTHER bill for the old late fee, plus a new late fee and when I called-since it is closed-NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!
