Yes, you can use your Cub Cadet Credit Card instantly after approval. When you apply online, you'll receive your card information right after approval, so that you can use it to pay for your online order. If you apply and get approved in a store instead, ask a cashier to look up your account information at checkout if you want to use your Cub Cadet Credit Card right away.
The physical card should arrive at the address on file in 7-10 business days after approval. Contact customer service at (866) 702-4074 if it's been more than 10 business days and you haven't received your card. They should be able to send a replacement if the original got lost.
You cannot get a cash advance with the Cub Cadet Credit Card. You can only use the Cub Cadet Credit Card for purchases and only at Cub Cadet.

Don't get a Cub Cadet mower if you're signing up for this card service. It has the worst customer service on the planet. You'll be on hold for hours and the problems won't get fixed. They made a mistake and doubled my payment due one month. I called and waited almost two hours. When I got through, they said they would fix it. When it was time to pay, it wasn't fixed, so I paid my normal amount. Then they added another late fee! Currently, I have been holding for 20 minutes.

I was approved for financing on a mower and attachments. I never received the order. I called and Cub Cadet said the financing agency canceled the order. I never received anything regarding this. I called the financing company and they said they have already paid Cub Cadet. I cannot get the credit taken off and I cannot get my order. I am stuck in some weird loop and neither Cub Cadet nor the financing company wants to take care of it and won't talk with each other. I would never use either of them again. This is the worst experience I have ever had with financing!

Just don’t do it! They tacked two separate $40 late fees on to my $114 per month payment. Both for payments they received before the due date, but posted the day after, and charged an outrageous late fee. Customer service was as rude as expected and offered zero help for a solution.

I do not recommend going through them for financing. You get your statements late from them AND sometimes you don't get them at all! They then tell you that your late and you get a late fee. How convenient for them since they offer 0% interest. I guess they have to make their money by not sending out statements or sending them to you late! Terrible credit card company! I do not advise!

Received a card with a 3500.00 credit limit. Held on to the card until off-season to purchase a new mower. Roughly four months after receiving the card. Nothing changed on my credit profile and did not make any large purchases on any other credit cards. I went to purchase a new mower, OH what a surprise I then had a 350.00 limit!@&* I called and closed the account immediately. Dirt bag TD Bank. This crap should happen to dead beats. Not people with stellar credit. Very inconvenient I've blacklisted this so-called bank. Don't let this happen to you too!
