Closed this account and now they’re trying to say it’s not paid for when it is. I have called them several of times about this matter but all they want is payments. I shouldn’t have to continue making payments on something that is already paid for and closed. At least should have been!

Firestone does not protect their credit card holders against deceptive shops. They will pay the shops that break your vehicle and expect you to pay it.

I was lucky to get a credit line because I usually get turned down for cards, but considering the percentage rate and how Firestone overcharges for repairs I guess it makes sense. One thing I didn’t like was being charged $98 the first month and wasn’t told why. There was a $29 late fee but I didn’t even receive a statement until it was too late… and if the usual minimum is $34 where did they get $98?

This is a great card to have in the case of an emergency. In some instances you can charge the tow bill to this card. Also, you have months to pay without interest being charged.
