Stay away! I repeat, stay away! Do not get this card! We got this card to finance our couches, and it's been a total nightmare. They lure you in with the 0% APR, but you better hope you pay your items off by then, or they will add an excessive amount to your remaining balance now that the APR has jumped to 39%. There is absolutely no reason to get this card or even fall victim to this shady company (Value City Furniture). The low reviews speak for themselves. In my opinion, I truly believe that the only reason Value City Furniture is still open for business is because of the revenue they are generating from taking advantage of innocent customers who do not fully understand what is occurring until it is too late. Now, regardless if the card issuing bank is Synchrony, shame on Value City Furniture for allowing this to happen and for being affiliated with them. They are just as guilty.

I overpaid this account. Two managers hung up on me because I was correct. We went through every payment. All I need is an email confirming that it's paid off and for my overpayment to be refunded. Their emails and letters have been harassing me for about three months. Please manually process my payments and mark me as paid. The refund would be appreciated, as I'm a single mother of twins, one of whom is disabled; you're taking time and resources away from my children.

We got the credit card to pay for our couches at a no interest rate for 36 months. Even though it was getting paid every month on time and we even put double the monthly amount due, the credit limit kept getting decreased for no reason (before 36 months) and hurting our credit score. We think it was because we weren't using it for anything besides the couches. We got a 6900 credit limit that dropped to a 1500 once we paid it up to that amount. I would not recommend getting it if you are worried about your credit score.

It was an easy process application and quick response time in getting this credit card. The customer service is another issue as it is all automated and darn near impossible to talk to a human

I opened this when I bought a sectional. Paid it off and don’t have plans to use again. It was easy to open because my credit was in great shape
