I have been paying for this insurance for two years, always on time and without any issues. However, after my car accident on 09/16, the experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
The auto shop already informed me that my car is not repairable, and their evaluator has completed the inspection over two weeks ago. Even so, I have received no update and no next steps from the insurance. The last update I received from the representative, Taylor, was one month ago — and since then, I have received nothing. He also does not respond to emails.
Meanwhile, I have been without my car for two months, paying car payments and insurance for a vehicle I cannot use. I have a daughter with autism who depends on this car for her daily activities, and this delay is seriously affecting our routine.
This level of service is unacceptable. I pay for insurance to receive support when needed — not to have additional problems. The lack of communication, the long delays, and the absence of responsibility from this company show a complete disrespect for the customer.
If this situation is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate the matter legally.
I do not recommend this insurance company.

They have absolutely no compassion for their customers who have been in serious auto accidents and insinuate false claims. The adjusters are argumentative and do not help in any way. "Richard Powning" has terrible customer service, and they have no sympathy for injured customers. The customer service is flat-out disappointing.

I canceled before the expiration date and they still charged me a termination fee. "Pay immediately or we'll send to a collections agency!" What a threat. I don't recommend Aspire Insurance.

This Auto Insurance agency is a bunch of swindlers. I purchased Auto Insurance on August 25, 2025, for $114.11. On September 5, 2025, 12 days later, I canceled the policy because I decided to get a more trusted Auto Insurance, AAA, instead. They charged me a $50 cancellation fee, and they are saying I still owe them $2.00. I will not be getting any refund back because they're charging me a $50 cancellation fee. Are you for real? Don't trust insurance companies that are overly focused on profits because they may not pay when you need them in case of an accident. I'm glad I decided on AAA.

The adjusters are dishonest and attempt to conceal claims with false information. They don't like paying out claims and will try to make the lowest offer possible. I filed a complaint against them with the California Department of Insurance.

Continuously ignore California state law in traffic collisions, purposefully ignorance of physical evidence, they leave their policyholders responsible for damages and its monetary consequences. Afterwards, they increase the policy cost if renewing.

Aspire Insurance is the worst car insurance I've ever had in my life. I got what I thought was full coverage, which should have included emergency roadside assistance. When I tried getting gasoline for my vehicle, the company told me that I would have to pay a $15 fee upfront for the delivery. Isn't the whole point of having emergency roadside assistance supposed to be for emergencies? So why in the world would I pay Aspire a $15 fee just to get gas? No other car insurance has ever charged me for emergency roadside assistance. This company also charged me a $25 fee just a day or two before my insurance lapsed or canceled. Aspire is a huge scam and is nothing but pure greed. They don't care about their customers at all and don't bend nor help their customers. There is also nothing worse than doing business with employees I can't even understand. I'm letting my car insurance with Aspire run its course, and then I'm going with a much better company, preferably one that will not scam me when I need gas for emergency situations.

I was at work one day, and a colleague backed into my car because he can't turn his neck to look behind him. He has Aspire insurance, and they don't want to answer their phone to provide me with a rental car. They seem to believe they can offer any amount of money they choose for the repairs and expect you to take your car to a subpar body shop. Aspire is a joke; don't get it.

I went with Aspire on a whim, having never heard of the company before—and wow, am I glad I did. Karla went above and beyond for me. It's people like her that make you think, 'How has no one heard of this company before?' From my own experience running businesses, I know that a lot of it comes down to marketing—but that's another story.
I'm proud to be a client of Aspire General Insurance. Karla made the transition of insuring both of my vehicles seamless and stress-free and on top of that, I got an amazing deal. I can't recommend them enough!
And just to be clear, I'm not some new driver. I've had insurance with some of the big players: AAA, Geico, State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, and more. But Aspire General? They're outstanding.
And Karla Martinez? She's exceptional. 👑

Save yourself some money and please don't invest in this company. I've been paying my premium since December and since my physical address isn't on my license or my mail, these people took my money and cancelled my policy for something I have no control over. Then, to add insult to injury, the customer service representative, Angel, told me I had to wait 30 days for my refund. I will never do business with these individuals in Sacramento.

These people are rude; you can't understand them, and they double your rate after one year. The SR22 is a scam; they don't send you the renewal notice and start adding fees to your bill, and they hang up on you. And one day, you receive a letter from the DMV stating that your license is suspended.

This is the worst company I have dealt with; there is absolutely no customer service. They are rude and never answer their phones or return calls. I was involved in an auto accident over a month ago, and my phone call to claims adjuster Annette Sanchez went unanswered. The collision company had the same experience; she would never call back and was rude and hostile every time I called. They failed to act quickly and are now saying I am responsible for the storage of my vehicle when it was them who never acted. I have filed a claim with the insurance board of California. When you are involved in an accident and have always paid your insurance, they should be there to help you during these trying times, instead of making matters worse and not assisting at all. This has been the worst experience I have had with an insurance company. I will make sure to let anyone know never to deal with Aspire Insurance. The company should be sanctioned for what they are doing. Also, they need to train their employees on customer service because all they are providing at this point is a hostile environment.
