The app was not updating my balance on a card that I forgot was on auto-pay. 💰
You helped me in less than 6 minutes to transfer that balance over and helped my holiday spending! Merry Christmas 🎁 Ashley! God Bless, and I hope you get what you need this Christmas and blessings that last throughout the New Year! My name is Andrew, and I want to say thank you for your kind service.
The promotion when I signed up was for 40K points if you spend $2K in 90 days/3 billing statements. Well, I am way past $2K in one month! Crowns are expensive! I asked if I could get my credit limit raised, and they said not for 6 months. Plus, FNBO won't let you make a payment for more than what is owed on the card. The reason I wanted to make a larger payment is twofold; I have pending expenses of $1K, plus I need 2 more crowns, which will be done the following week.
The only way you can use this card if you have a lot of expenses is to make payments as soon as your pending balances get posted. Then it takes a day to process your payment. Heaven forbid if it is on the weekend, and you have a dental appointment on a Monday!
My biggest issue with this card is the low credit limit of $2K. Even if you use it just for travel, that is a very low limit if you are staying in hotels, renting a car, and going out to eat!
The only way that you can get a higher limit right away is to exaggerate your income, claiming it is three times what it really is! I didn't lie. I have money in the bank and no debt! Why am I being penalized?
