Suncoast Credit Union Reviews
What's Your Rating?
Prior to a recent international trip, I ensured that I submitted a Travel Notification in advance, which was confirmed, stating the country and dates I would be gone. Needless to say, I was surprised when my ATM card was denied upon my arrival.
Upon my return, I attempted to log in to the Suncoast web portal early in the morning and was prompted to enter the 6-digit code that would be sent to either my phone or email (I tried both). Nothing worked until later that morning (8:30), when I presume the IT resource arrived at work and restarted the failed service/gateway. This is not the first time that this has occurred.
If you have limited needs (e.g., domestic travel only and can tolerate waiting for web portal access), Suncoast may be acceptable to you. I need a bank that I can depend on 24/7, and they, unfortunately, are not it.
I sent a formal written note to their HQ stating the above and never received any type of response.
Now negative on a Friday with bills piling and my 4 kids (2 sets of twins) 1yo and 3yo not going to see me like they almost never do on a weekday because i have to figure out how to make cash on a weekend to pay for the bills due and put food on the table. THANK YOU SUNCOAST FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
