I will never use Zions again. Never seen a worse bank than this. I have used Wells Fargo, Chase, Mountain America, US bank and never had any issues. They will block your card as soon as you leave the state you opened an account and never activate it until you return back to the branch. I have been ready to give all the information, but the bank requirement in order to reactive the card is to return back personally. If you want to close the account it is not that easy as you might think. You will have to return back to the branch again, and they will not care even if the bank does not have a branch in your State. With transfers it is another issue. Be ready to call the bank with all kinds of issues, and even after resolving them, it will take at least a week until the transfer happens. If you are International and just arrived to US, PLEASE do not make same mistake as me, and just go to any other bank. Trust me, you will thank me later!
My rep Liz Seitz helped me get ppp loan and said it would be forgiven now they want me to give back 10k. She was horrible and I had referred her several clients. I had CC in her mgr to get her to quit insulting me since I had difficulties w their online platform and most of the time could not get in. Eventually I learned if I changed my password every time I could get in.
Then they want 10k so I pay almost half off and then get a gal Samantha Clark who insults me several times when I’m trying to pay off my entire loan! Worst banking experience ever in my life and it was like the blind leading the blind !

Tips for Maximizing the Value of Zions Bank Points
Redeem Zions Bank points regularly.
Zions Bank points do not expire due to account inactivity, but stockpiling points does put you at risk of rewards devaluation. Plus, you won't get to enjoy the fruits of your spending if you don't redeem.
Keep your account in good standing.
If Zions Bank closes your account because of a failure to pay the bill or fraudulent activity, you'll lose any unredeemed points you have saved.
Redeem before closing your account.
Any points you don't redeem before closing your account will be lost.
