You can dispute a Green Dot transaction either by calling them at (866) 795-7597, or writing to the customer care department at Green Dot Corporation, Attn: Disputes, P.O. Box 9, West Chester OH 45071 as soon as possible. You can download a transaction dispute form at Green Dot's website.

I have a letter in the mail I got from you saying if my card is closed they will mail me a check of $810 to me. I don't have the card but how do I know when I'm getting the money?
