To reset your Bluebird prepaid card password, go to the login website, then follow these steps:
- Find the "Forgot Password" link: Look for a link that says "Forgot username/password?".
- Enter your information: You'll likely need to enter your Bluebird card number and the 4-digit security code (the one on the front of your card). You might also be asked to answer a security question or choose to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via text or email.
- Follow the instructions: Bluebird will guide you through the process of resetting your password. This usually involves creating a new password that meets their security requirements.
If you have trouble resetting your password online you can contact Bluebird customer service by phone at (877) 486-5990.
You can check the best prepaid debit cards available for you to make sure that whatever decision you go for really fits your goals.
