To transfer money from your Direct Express® Prepaid Debit Mastercard® to your GO2bank checking account, log in to the Direct Express website or mobile app, select the option to transfer funds, and enter your GO2bank account and routing numbers to send funds to your personal account.

You can also call Direct Express’ customer service at (888) 741-1115 to set up the transfer. Transfers may take up to three business days to complete, and a $1.50 fee is charged per transaction. For the most up-to-date information, visit Direct Express' website or contact their customer service.
