I really liked the GO2bank checking account until I stopped using it as much as I used to. Once I slowed down on how much I had going direct deposit every 2 weeks, they took away my $200 overdraft line of credit and they also started charging me a monthly fee for not having direct deposit. For this reason, I think they suck!
Horrible. Pending transactions that were supposed to be refunded disappear after about 2 weeks, lots of hang-ups, false empathy, rude, lots of authorization holds not being reversed. I would be in jail right now if there was a physical location for this scam of a bank.
The only reason why I even know of them is because Rushcard referred me to them when they shut down their business. I've never been victimized like this in all my years and I nearly popped a blood vessel dealing with them. Someone on this review advised contacting the BBB and that's my next step. I wish I could give negative stars instead of the 1 they don't deserve!
NO DAMN STARS. I transferred $385 from apple wallet into to go2bank and never saw the money after. I was told transfers take up to 2 hours, its been WEEKS and still have no idea what happened to my money, it doesnt even show up in the transaction history but apple says the transaction was sent to them. Ive called go2bank everyday multiple times about my money and nothing happens. Im looking for a lawyer now because i will be getting every penny that is owed to me i dont care if it is $385! HORRIBLE
USE CAUTION. Had unauthorized transaction. Called to question. Said they investigate. Closed my card. Said account was ok to continue direct deposit. Send me new card. Next day they froze my account. Took over a month, 70 phone calls and a lot of screaming to get my money back. Had to prove my ID by picture ID, voter registration, utility bills and more. Now feel like my info is out there for anyone. I told them frequently I used this account for my rent and I need the money right away. Ended up paying $250 in late fees on rent due to this. Customer service is rude, constantly saying I understand how hard/frustrating this must be, etc. and It's our policy to protect you. If they would have been honest with me, I would have stopped direct deposit and never have been in that situation. Good luck if you are using this account.
Be extremely cautious when using this "bank account". They held funds 9 day. The entire support staff is extremely rude, passive aggressive, they will not be direct, and you can lose access to large amounts money for weeks at random times. A charge went through, then a second later it was reversed and put on pending for 10 days. After 10 days the transaction completely vanished from my logs and when I called the agent, who speaks broken English said in a condescending way "are you not able to listen to me", but even though he was the one giving me a random answer to the concern had. Bad customer service, no email to prevent a paper trail, GO2Bank does not comply with Visa and Mastercard's policies, and they lie through phone support to end the call as soon as possible. Find another digital bank that is not based in Mumbai and won't like to you, as well as be consistent.
Go2 Bank had permanently locked my account saying it's for suspicious activity want explain what I was told to send my identification and several other documents so they can resolve it in 2 business days that was July 14th it now August and I still don't have a update they keep saying it's in review i never seen nothing like this they need to be shut down permanently very unprofessional no one at they customer service willing to help you
I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved in the same situation. I can tell you BBB don't pay about situation this they do their job I rate BBB A+ So if you want this resolved email BBB

Bunch of thieving shady people Need to be shut down held my returned 500 dollars deposit for 10 days as pending and today 11 the day is gone completely zero stars
You can check your Green Dot Prepaid Visa balance online, by registering here or from the Green Dot mobile app, available on iOS and Android.
Alternatively, you can check your balance by text, after adding your phone number online, in the Account Settings section. Text "Bal Last4" to 43411 (Last4 is the last 4 digits of your card number). Carrier data and message rates apply.
You can check your Walmart MoneyCard balance in the app. You can also check the balance by texting HELP to 96411. Another way to check your balance is by logging in to your online account. The balance can also be checked by calling customer service at 1-877-937-4098.
