Yes, you can use your Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select card instantly after approval. If you're an existing customer, your new card information should be available in your online account after you're approved.
If you're not an existing customer, then it might be possible to use your Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select card instantly after approval, but it's not guaranteed. A temporary card number should be provided for you on the online application page if you're approved on the spot.
If you don’t get a temporary card number after you’re approved, then it means you’re not eligible for instant access. In that case, you'll have to wait 7-10 business days to receive the card after approval.
