To get your Apple Card’s virtual card number, open the Wallet app on your linked iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, then tap “Apple Card.” You automatically get a virtual Apple Card number when you are approved for the card.
How to Get a Virtual Apple Card Number
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.
- Tap “Apple Card.”
- Tap the card number icon on an iPhone, or the “Info” tab on an iPad. (Skip to step 4 for Apple Watch.)
- Tap “Card Information.”
- Find your existing virtual card number next to “Card Number.”
- Tap “Request New Card Number” to get a new virtual card number.
Keep in mind that the virtual Apple Card number is different from the physical Apple Card number and the Apple Pay card number. If a merchant does not accept Apple Pay, you can use the virtual card if you don’t have your physical card handy.
