Yes, you can transfer a car loan to your Citi Simplicity Card, as long as the car loan account does not belong to Citibank.
Just keep in mind that you cannot request a transfer amount higher than your credit limit. You can make the request by calling customer service at (800) 950-5114.
Please note that a balance transfer comes with a 3% intro fee ($5 min) for each transfer in first 4 months, and 5% ($5 min) for each transfer after that. Plus, if you complete the transfer within the first 4 months from account opening, you also benefit from a balance transfer intro APR of 0% for 21 months, 18.24% - 28.99% (V) after that.
