You can check your Capital One Platinum application status by calling (800) 903-9177. Then, follow the automated prompts and enter your Social Security number to get an application status update. Otherwise, you can just wait for Capital One to mail a decision within 7 to 10 business days from the application submission date. Capital One does not allow applicants to check their application status online.
