You cannot get a virtual credit card number for your Chase Freedom Flex through Chase because it does not offer this service. While Chase used to offer virtual credit card numbers through Chase Pay, this service was discontinued at the end of March 2021. You may now get a virtual card number for a Chase Freedom Flex through Click to Pay instead.
To enroll in Click to Pay with a Chase Freedom Flex, go to the Click to Pay website and click the “Enroll now” button. You can also just click the square icon with two arrows pointing to the right when you check out with participating merchants. Click to Pay merchants include AT&T, Lowe’s, Walgreens, Marriott, Papa John’s, and 1-800-Flowers.com, among others.
