No, you cannot pay your Citi credit card bill with cash in stores. The issuer only accepts cash payments at Citibank ATM locations. Just note that you need a PIN to process this transaction. It is also worth noting that some Citi co-branded cards allow cash in-store payments at their affiliated retailers.
