You could get instantly approved for the Victoria's Secret Credit Card when you apply online or in-store. Just note that instant approval is not guaranteed. If you do not get a response right away, you will most likely receive a decision within 7-10 business days.
Things to know about Victoria's Secret Credit Card approval time and process:
You could get approved for the Victoria's Secret Credit Card within 60 seconds. In some case, however, it will take 7 to 10 days to receive a decision.
Instant approval typically occurs when you exceed the card’s minimum requirements. The Victoria's Secret Credit Card requires at least fair credit to have a good chance of approval. Other factors such as your income, debt, and recent inquiries will also be taken into consideration.
If you do not receive an immediate decision, it usually means that the card’s issuer will need to review the application further. In this case, you may need to provide additional information to correct or verify something on the application.
Once your application has been approved, you should receive your Victoria's Secret Credit Card within 3-4 weeks.
It is worth noting that you may be able to use your Victoria's Secret Credit Card before it arrives in the mail. If you apply in-store, your temporary card number will be automatically added to your purchase. If you apply online, the number will be automatically applied to your online order.
It is not a card you want! I had this card and started with a 250 limit later increased to 500 then 1000 because I barely used it. Well I ended up using it and fell on hard times and they put me on a lower minimum to pay it off which was awesome but then I couldn’t use it even though the balance was lower. That was also fine but it was done without my knowledge or permission. I dealt with it because I didn’t need to use it I was just paying it. Now all said and done I pay it off and they cut my limit down to 280 again no reason no notice no nothing when calling and asking why they told me I will see the letter in the mail. When I got it it tells me because of my usage... like what!? I was paying it on time and the second I got back on my feet I paid the remaining balance in full then you cut me down... terrible company. They also did it with another card I held with them and like I said I will never again in life use this company especially cause now I have an Amex and discover.
