How to Reset your Citibank Credit Card PIN
- Online: Log in to your online account and select “Credit Card Services” from the main menu. Then, under the “Card Management” menu, click Request/Cancel Credit Card PIN.
- Through the Mobile App: Select your card account and go to the ‘Services’ section. Choose the option to ‘Reset Pin’.
- Over the phone: Call (800) 950-5114 or the number you see on the back of your card. Then, enter your card number and follow the prompts to get connected to a customer service representative.
Keep in mind that you will need to enter your current PIN to be able to reset it online. If you forgot your current PIN, the best way would be to call the number mentioned above and talk to a customer service representative. After verifying your identity, they will send you a new PIN via mail, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
