To get your Citibank credit card statement online, log in to your online account from the Citibank website or mobile app. Once you’re logged in, you will be able to view your most recent transactions as well as select statements from the previous 7 years to view, download, or print.
How to Get a Citibank Credit Card Statement
- Log in to your account from the Citibank website or mobile app.
- Select the Citibank account you want to access.
- Click "Statements" on the account home page.
- Select "Current Statement" or a statement from the previous 7 years.
- Click “View” or “Download” to open the statement or save a copy to your computer or mobile device.
Keep in mind that you will also get a Citibank statement each month by mail. You can elect to receive them only online by signing up for paperless statements. Once you enroll, Citibank will email you every month to let you know your statement is ready to view online. You may log in to your account and switch back to paper statements at any time.
