Yes, Chase does give high credit limits on certain cards, such as:
- Chase Sapphire Reserve®: $10,000+ credit limit
- Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card: $5,000+ credit limit
- Chase Freedom Unlimited®: $500+ credit limit
- Ink Business Premier® Credit Card: $10,000+ credit limit
It may be possible to get even higher credit limits from Chase. The exact limit you get will be determined by your credit score, income and other factors.
Keep in mind that the starting credit limit you get on your Chase credit card won’t necessarily be the credit limit you have forever, as you can get credit limit increases. It’s a good rule of thumb to wait until you’ve made your monthly payments on time for at least six consecutive months before you ask for a credit limit increase. You may also receive automatic credit limit increases as Chase periodically reviews your account.
