No, unfortunately you cannot track the status of a Chase referral. According to customer service, the only way to confirm if you received a referral bonus is by checking your monthly statement, where it will appear as a “Refer-A-Friend” bonus.
Additionally, Chase does not provide notifications regarding the approval status of applicants who use your referral link. If the referred individual is approved, the bonus typically posts to your account within 8 weeks.
