There is no limit on the number of Chase credit card authorized users you can have. Authorized users get their own card and have full access to the account. As the primary cardholder you can earn rewards on the purchases made by authorized users, but you are also financially liable for all charges on the account.
To add an authorized user, sign in to your online account. It’s worth noting that Chase reports information to credit bureaus for authorized users.
