You can pay your J.Jill Credit Card either online or over the phone at (800) 329-9713. Alternatively, you can also make a payment by mail or in-store.
Ways to Make a J.Jill Credit Card Payment
- Online: Log in to your online account, or make a payment through EasyPay without logging in. You will need to enter your bank account information and choose how much to pay and when to pay it.
- By phone: Call (800) 329-9713, enter your card information when prompted, and follow the automated system to make a credit card payment.
- At a store: You can make a payment at any J. Jill location.
- By mail: Send a check or money order (but not cash) to:

Make sure to mail your payment early enough that it will arrive by the due date. Write your credit card number on the check, too.
Ultimately, it is worth noting that the issuer allows J.Jill Credit Card members to set up automatic payments as well.
