You can check your JCPenney Credit Card statement by logging in to your online account, or by using the iOS or Android mobile app. You'll have to enroll in the "e-bill" program first. You can also check your statement when it gets mailed to you at the address on file.
Keep in mind that if you enroll in the "e-bill" program, the issuer will stop sending you paper statements.
How to Check Your JCPenney Credit Card Statement
- Online: You can view your statement from your online account.
- Mobile App: It can also be done by using the iOS or Android app, depending on the type of device that you have.
- On Paper: You can check your statement when it gets mailed to you at the address on file.
Traditionally, credit card statements have been physically mailed to cardholders. But many card issuers have a “paperless” option now that gives access to all credit card statements online.
