Yes, you can use your Macy's Credit Card or Macy's Store Card instantly after approval if you apply online and are approved immediately. You’ll be prompted to create or log in to your Macy’s account, and your new Macy’s card will be added to your wallet, allowing you to continue shopping online and enjoy your new discount right away. If you want to shop in-store, simply ask an associate at the register to look up your card by showing your ID.
If you apply in-store and receive instant approval, you’ll be given a temporary card that you can use immediately for in-store purchases.
Your physical card should arrive at the address on file within 7-10 business days after approval. If you have any issues using your card before it arrives, you can contact customer support at (888) 257-6757 for assistance.
