You can log in to your Macy's Credit Card account by going to the login page on the Macy’s website or mobile app and entering your username and password in the appropriate fields. Then, click the “Sign In” to access your online account.
How to Register for Online Access on your Macy's Credit Card Account
- Register your Macy's Credit Card for online account access. Click “Create Account” and enter your full name, date of birth and email address to verify your credit card account.
- Choose your Macy's Credit Card password. The password must contain between 6 and 17 characters and have no spaces. The password is not case sensitive and may contain special characters. Note that your username will be your email address.
- Log in with your new Macy's Credit Card credentials. From the login page on the Macy’s website or its mobile app for iOS or Android, fill out the Email and Password fields using your new credentials, and click “Sign In” to access your account.
After you have signed up and logged in, you’ll be able to manage your Macy's Credit Card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see credit card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.
If you forget your login information, click “Forgot your Password?” on the Macy’s login page. Then, follow the prompts to reset or retrieve your username or password.
