You can get paper statements for your Macy's Credit Card when they’re delivered each month at the address on file. Monthly paper statements are delivered to Macy's Store Card owners, as well. If you haven’t received your monthly statement, then it’s probably because:
- You changed your address. If your current address is different from the address you provided on the application, then you have to contact customer service to update your information.
- You enrolled in paperless billing. If that's the case, then you won’t receive your statement at the address on file anymore. Instead, you’ll receive an email when your statement is available online. You can switch back to paper billing through your online account or by contacting customer service.
If none of the above reasons apply to you, then contact Macy's Credit Card customer support. They should be able to assist you in resolving any issues and ensuring you receive your statements as expected.
