The Mastercard Black Card should arrive by mail in 10 business days at most.
If it takes longer than 10 business days, you may contact them at 877-523-0478 from 8.00am to 8.00pm.
That being said, you can also request an express delivery. In that case, your card will be sent to you via FedEx, the next day after your account is opened.
More specifically, if your request for express delivery is made before 3:00pm ET, your card will be delivered to you that same day. If the request is made after 3:00pm ET, delivery will be made the following business day.

The usual Mastercard® Black Card delivery time is 7-10 business days, from the time you get approved to when it arrives in the mail. It’s possible, though, to get your new Mastercard® Black Card in as little as two business days if you request expedited delivery. In that case, your card will be sent to you via FedEx, the next day after your account is opened.
More specifically, if your request for express delivery is made before 3:00pm ET, your card will be delivered to you that same day. If the request is made after 3:00pm ET, delivery will be made the following business day.
If it takes longer than 10 business days, you may check your application status on the issuer’s website. You can also contact them at (877) 523-0478 anytime.
