You can get your Old Navy Credit Card replaced online, through the mobile app, or by calling customer service at (866) 367-1758. There is no fee to get an Old Navy Credit Card replacement card, which should arrive within 7-10 days.
Here’s how to get a Old Navy Credit Card replacement:
- Online: Log in to your online account, click on the “Account” tab and then go to the “Services” menu. Then, click on “Replace my card”.
- Through the mobile app: Download the app for iOS or Android. Then, log in and tap the "Account" tab. After that, select the "Services" menu and click the link to “Replace my card”.
- Via phone: Call customer service at (866) 367-1758. You will need to provide your personal information in order to verify your identity. Follow the prompts to submit your request.
You can request an Old Navy Credit Card replacement if the current card is stolen, lost or damaged. You don’t have to request a replacement if your current card is about to expire, though. The issuer will automatically send a new card before the current one expires. Contact customer service if you have not received a replacement card by the expiration date.
