To pay your Citibank credit card with a debit card, call 1 (800) 950-5114 to pay using the automated phone system or with a Citi representative. You cannot use a debit card to pay your Citi credit card bill online or in person, but when you pay with a debit card by phone, your payment will immediately post to your account.
