To reset your PNC Bank credit card PIN, call customer service at (855) 893-0460. You’ll be able to change your PIN using the automated service, but you will be required to provide security information, like your credit card number and last four digits of your SSN.
Once the new PIN is set, it becomes effective immediately. Unfortunately, PNC Bank does not allow you to reset your PIN online or at an ATM.
If you want to reset your PIN so that you can take out a cash advance at an ATM, then please note that it can be a very expensive transaction. A cash advance fee and APR will apply as soon as you complete the withdrawal. You may also be charged ATM-related fees.
