The maximum amount that you can deposit for your Secured Self Visa® Credit Card is $3,000. Note that your deposit directly determines your credit limit, meaning that whatever you put down becomes your limit.
The minimum deposit amount required to open an account is $100. If you deposit less than the maximum initially, you can add more money from your Credit Builder account (in multiples of $25) to raise your limit later.
Keep in mind that all deposits have to come from your Credit Builder account. When you’ve saved enough in your Credit Builder account, you should get a notification in your dashboard, letting you know that you’re eligible to increase your limit.
