Tips for Mailing Surge Credit Card Payments
- Include your credit card number on your payment to avoid any processing delays.
- Send only one check or money order per billing.
- Allow enough time for issuer to receive your payment on or before the due date, or it will be considered late.
Mailed payments take the longest to process of all the available credit card payment methods. Alternatively, you can submit a payment from your online account, through the CFC mobile app, or by calling customer service at 1-800-518-6142.
