I applied for the Target card online and received an automated reply saying I would receive a reply in the mail within 7-10 business days. The next day I called customer service, who transferred me to the application department. She verified all the information on my application with me and processed it on the spot. She approved me immediately for a $1500 limit and when I asked, she told me they used my EQ report. My EQ: 776 TU:666 EX:690 FICO8: 662 Vantage3.0: 709

640 or higher is untrue, I got approved several years back and was hovering in the 600-615 range.
