TD Bank does not offer virtual credit card numbers, and there is no indication this will change anytime soon. Even though TD Bank does not offer virtual cards, TD Bank cardholders can still get a virtual credit card through Click to Pay.
Click to Pay was launched in late 2019 by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. It’s like the virtual credit card programs offered by many card issuers, but it’s open to any credit card on the top four card networks. Therefore, even though TD Bank does not offer virtual credit cards directly, Click to Pay will still allow you to get a virtual card number for your TD Bank credit card. This can give you an added layer of security for online purchases.
