You cannot get an Upgrade Cash Rewards Card cash advance because the Upgrade Cash Rewards Card does not allow cash advances at all. While you can't get cash from this card, you can use the Upgrade Cash Rewards Card for purchases wherever cards on the Visa network are accepted.
