Comenity Bank reports to the credit bureaus once each month, within days after the end of your monthly billing period. Comenity Bank reports a credit card’s credit limit, account balance, payment history, and more to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian.
After Comenity Bank reports your account information to the credit bureaus each month, it may take a few days before the updates appear on your credit report. When you first open a new Comenity Bank credit card, you may not see info from this account on your credit report for one or two billing periods. That’s about 30 - 60 days.
You can review your up-to-date credit score and TransUnion credit report if you sign up for a free account on WalletHub. That way, you’ll be able to check every day to see if there’s any new information from Comenity Bank on your credit report.

My card reports monthly, usually in the middle of the month because that’s when my billing period ends.

They report monthly, but the exact day depends on your billing cycle. Updates hit your credit report a few days later (bureaus take time to process).

If things aren’t showing up when you think they should be, consider where you’re checking your credit report. I know Wallethub updates daily, but a lot of places are weekly or even monthly I think.

If you already have a card, you can find out by keeping an eye on your credit report. My credit report here says when each account was last updated.
If you don’t have a card yet, don’t worry about it. Comenity does it pretty much normally. If you’re worried because a new account hasn’t showed up yet, call customer service. That can take a couple months in some cases though, so don’t worry.
