It’s hard to say what the maximum limit of a Visa business credit card is, since issuers don’t usually disclose credit limit ranges. That said, some cardholders report starting limits of $15,000 or even $50,000, with potential to go as high as $100,000 or more. So while there’s no official cap, it’s possible for small business credit card limits to reach well into the six-figure range.
Just keep in mind that Visa is a payment network, not a lender. The actual credit limit, along with your rates and card features, is set by the issuer, based on factors like income, debt and creditworthiness.
If you’re applying for a Visa business card, there’s no way to know your exact limit upfront. But even if it’s not as high as you’d like, you can often grow it over time by using the card responsibly and asking for an increase after six months or more. You could also apply for another business credit card, to expand your total available credit.
