@psoper916: one more thing I forgot by progressive somebody in that company added on a driver nobody lives in my apartment but me I just called and now they're claiming there's no one on there but in the past I had found someone on there whoever added on a driver for whatever reasons, I never know who or what to believe but supposedly it's been fixed
@psoper916: I couldn't find the edit it was picking up my voice wrong, long story short they have repeatedly lied to me to get money, it's harder when people can't afford a lawyer to do something about this. And to end it, and get out of it and I just get very angry at any human being that takes advantage of any other one in any way whatsoever especially by using any type of manipulation in any way at all whatsoever to get somebody to sign on, that's not business. I don't think people mind I wouldn't when it's honest.
I feel so trapped with progressive, I had moved to town over and because it's a city my insurance went up like crazy so they got me to sign on I thought it was a little bit better but sneakily they changed it after a few months on me, that they never said they would do in other words I was lying to I do not know my agent's name because every time I fix this try to, I would get to for answers, long story short it was no reasons to had changed it in the first place they were always lying to me just to get me to sign on and I just had felt trapped since especially my age I hardly drive it is just misery with them, and the holiday said there will be discount one of the discounts anyway was automatic payments being withdrawed now I realize why and why I never liked that in the first place, I never remember car insurance is being this way they're usually trustworthy for the most part, I am so angry with them and I've been passed around to so many different people with so many different answers and it's just to make money for them and I'm just so angry, and again I have felt trapped I cannot wait to change and all their false promises that they continuously have said as well, what they're charging is absolutely been outrageous for nothing I'm not even putting down all that has happened since because it's just upsetting, so I wouldn't even know my agent's name.
