How to Buy American Airlines Miles
- Visit the American Airlines buy miles website and log in to your American Airlines AAdvantage account.
- Select the “Buy” option.
- Enter the number of American Airlines AAdvantage miles you want in increments of 1,000 and click “Calculate.” Check the total cost and click "Continue."
- Enter your payment information and complete the purchase. Miles will be available within 4 hours.
