You can purchase IHG points in increments of 1,000 through their website by selecting the "Buy points" option. The cost per point varies based on the quantity purchased, with prices ranging from 1 cent to 1.35 cents per point.
You can buy a minimum of 1,000 points and up to 200,000 points per calendar year with IHG.
How to Buy IHG Points
- Visit the IHG buy points website and log in to your IHG One Rewards account.
- Select the “Buy points” option.
- Select the number of IHG One Rewards points you want in increments of 1,000 and click “Buy points.”
- Enter your payment information and complete the purchase. Points will be available within 72 hours.
In addition to booking hotel stays, you can redeem your IHG points for merchandise, gift cards, digital rewards, and more.
Is It Worth It to Buy IHG Points?
