JetBlue lets you pool points with up to seven members through its points pooling feature, which any member over 21 years old can set up for free. To start, log in to your TrueBlue account, go to the “Points Pooling” page, and click “Start a Pool.”
How to Pool Points with JetBlue TrueBlue
- Log in: Sign in to your JetBlue TrueBlue account.
- Access Your Profile: Click your name in the top right corner and select "My Dashboard" from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Points Pooling: Click "Star a Pool" in the top menu of your account page.
- Create the Pool: Review the Points Pooling Terms and Conditions, then click "Get Started."
- Manage Your Pool: After creating the pool, you'll be redirected to the management page, where you can add new members.
To add members, click "Add Pool Member," choose their age group, enter each person's name and email, then click "Email Invite." The pool becomes active once all invited members confirm.
JetBlue TrueBlue Pooling Policies
- Who can use the points? The pool leader controls the JetBlue TrueBlue pool and can redeem the points. They can also grant redemption privileges to other members.
- How much can members contribute? All members, including the leader, contribute 100% of their TrueBlue points to the shared balance.
- What happens if a member leaves? If a member leaves, their remaining points return to their TrueBlue account. A minimum 6-month wait is required before replacing that member.
