Merrick Bank Credit Card Reviews
What's Your Rating?
Now, when I make a payment of any amount, they hold it for ten days, requesting that I send documentation from my bank showing that the payment cleared. Despite the fact that "Check 21" should inform them within twenty-four hours whether my payment is valid or not, they continue to delay.
As a result of this poor experience, I am closing my account today. I warn everyone to avoid dealing with this bank. They may seem great at first, but their rules and policies change, and their customer service is terrible.
